  • 316 Stainless Steel (All Wetted Parts)
  • Pressure tested to 90 PSI
  • NEMA 4 Housing
  • RTD, 3-wire 100 ohm process sensor built-in near outlet
  • 16KW (± 10%), 208 Volt, 3-phase
  • Mounting threads on the bottom of the assembly
  • Medium being heated: Deionized Water (DI Water)
  • Recirculate at 2-4 GPM
  • 3/4" Female NPT's for the Inlet and Outlet

  • 6" x 6" x 4" NEMA 4 BOX Steel with Terminal Block
  • 90 PSI Leak Test
  • Chemically Cleaned and Bagged

  • 5" Ø x 77" overall length
  • Outlet temperature: ~415°F (213°C)
  • 3 GPM Flow Rate
  • Perpendicular Flow configuration with (3) 3/4" NPT, 304 SS inlet and outlet fittings
  • 4" NPT plug, easier access for cleaning
  • Pressure tested to 90 PSI assembled
  • Pass all electrical tests: 2 M? sheath to case, Hi-pot 1600VDC @ 1mA for 2 seconds, 500VDC M? insulation resistance test
  • Horizontal or vertical flow position
  • Replaceable Type "K" thermocouple in flow medium stream
  • 22.3 KW, 480 Volt, 3-phase
  • Material: 300 Series Stainless Body and Rod-Style Elements with a brass 4" NPT Clean Out
